Our mission: Assisting individuals and corporate entities with professional, high-quality legal notarial expertise. This means providing not only the best notarial service to our clients but serving with a friendly and understanding attitude.
ATN was created when a career legal assistant and corporate executive assistant realized a need for experienced, friendly notary public services outside of the daily corporate office environment and hours. We focused on individuals unable to leave home or the workplace during “normal” times and places. Clients include those in nursing homes, hospitals, jails, and workplaces making it inconvenient to leave their job to notarize a document. This focus remains one of two mission-oriented company goals.
Shortly after beginning ATN services, the founder trained to broaden ATN’s notarial service offerings. The founder is now a Certified Loan Signing Agent with the National Association of Notaries (NNA), the American Notary Association (ANA) and the Texas Notary Association (TNA). She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a lifetime teaching certification in English and Education.
WE DO NOT OFFER LEGAL ADVICE OR SERVICES. However, a corporate, tax and estate attorney is available when our notaries require assistance with legal, notarial questions.
ATN’s professional background includes positions as legal assistant, office manager and executive administrative assistant. Our expertise covers 30+ years of legal and administrative experience, with positions including editing, coordination, and execution of corporate legal and personal client documents.
The founder served as office manager for one real estate attorney In this capacity, she drafted and executed small building leases and prepared, witnessed or notarized numerous attorney-client documents.
